At present if a comment contains anything which matches one of the moderation keys it is held so an administrator can decide whether to approve the comment or trash it.
It would be very helpful if an administrator could see at-a-glance why a comment has gone into the moderation queue. This could be done simply by highlighting the offending words/phrases/IP addresses/email addresses on the comments admin page (wp-admin/edit-comments.php).
On a large site with a significant number of comments and a long list of moderation keys this would be a major time-saver.
