Feature request: Show Plugin / Theme version details on email

Hi,

thanks for this great plugin.

I would like to suggest a new feature. From time to time, authors change essential parts of a plugin or theme that require manual changes. Such announcements are usually found in the release notes. So it would be advantageous if you could get this optional in the notifications (emails).
