Feature request: Pause subscription

This would be awesome for retention. When user clicks an unsubscribe link, they are given an option:

Unsubscribe forever
Pause subscription for 6 months
Pause subscription for a year
Get less email from us

Allow admin to add a custom message: “We understand the timing can’t always be right. Would you like us to check in with you in a while?”

To keep this feature as simple and flexible as possible, allow admin to link each one of those options to a special list. One could have lists such as Freeze, Deep Freeze, Volume Sensitive, etc.

Side question: I remember you had a voting system for submitting ideas, but I could not find it today.
