I’m running a site where each user is getting a customer account. However, by default 2-factor authentication is not enabled for these accounts even though the field is showing when users visit the login page. This is causing some confusion for less tech-savvy users.

It would be very cool if the Google Authenticator field could be hidden from the default login page. Then, when a user tries to login that has 2FA enabled, the field could be shown on a second screen. Users that do not have 2FA enabled are logged in straight away.

This is very similar to how Stripe and many other services do their 2FA.

    Anyway, great plugin, loving it!
