I’m not doing a lot of WordPress development right now aside from keeping these plugins tested on newer WP versions. If you can point me at some documentation on how to make a plugin more MultiSite-friendly, I’ll see what I can do.

I asked another dev who built a nice plugin that limits the number of post revisions all sites on a Multisite can save, as well as how frequently autosaves are created. His just adds those settings to the main Network Settings page in the Network Admin, which I think is ideally where you’d add it for this plugin when network activated on multisite, and hide the setting from individual sub-sites.
Having finally gotten around to doing some reading on the subject, I’m going to be completely honest here: I do not currently have the time to implement proper multisite support, and also I do not have a good way to test that support even if I tried to add it. I could do a half-assed job involving a lot of cut-and-pasting other peoples’ code, but nobody wants to see that.
All of my plugins are Apache licensed, so if you would like to create a modified version of SimpleJPEGQuality for your own use (or have someone else do it for you), you have my blessing.
