Support » Plugin: Spam protection, AntiSpam, FireWall by CleanTalk » Feature request: make “HTTP links” and “Contains contacts” tests optional

For many contact forms, contact details and urls are common / necessary.

The ability to enable/disable the tests “HTTP links” and “Contains contacts” would be very useful.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

If our service made wrong decission, please let us know the name of your website. We can analyze your requests and tune our filters.

It also would be great if you mark requests where our service made wrong decision: Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests?int=week ] —> there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record —> mark records using these buttons.
    https://cleantalk.org/help/faq#feedback_spam
For each mark you get 1 bonus day to your subscription and we update our database and get feedback for analysis.

Write back if you have any questions.

    Best regards.

It’s not that it made the wrong decision, I just don’t think that decision should be made.

For example, I can understand wanting to block http links in a comment. But it could be really important to allow it in a contact.

What we need is an option “Allow http links in contact form” and “Allow contacts in forms”

Thank you for your suggestions. We don’t have plans to implement such feature at the moment.

Perhaps, we will implement it in the future.

    Best regards.

    @deargeek,

We don’t have plans to add such feature, but in same time the service already uses special filters for contact forms to does not filter POST requests with contact information (URLs, Emails, Phone numbers).

Any way, if you have false/positive for contact forms, please mark it on AntiSpam log,
    https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests

We will do our best to fix the filters.

    Thank you.
