Feature request – Make buttons appear when hovered over page title

Hi, currently in order to make the red buttons visible (ie the Add, Edit buttons etc) one needs to click on a page title to show these buttons.

Maybe you have a reason for doing that, but I don’t see that reason. It just seems like an extra click that is not really needed.

My request is that you consider making the buttons appear when you hover over a page title.
