[feature request] international shipping cost

You can actually repurpose an existing shipping method. Just give it a different name and price. So instead of Pickup, just rename it to International Delivery. This assumes of course you don’t need the Pickup method.

Alternatively, you could duplicate one of the shipping add-ons and make it it’s own separate plugin. You can find the folder in the “addons” folder within Sunshine.
