 * This is a wonderful plugin. Hands down much easier than Tablepress to meet my
   needs. However, would it be possible to add a parameter to include specific rows(
   using a range), instead of excluding rows?
 * Something like this:
 * **include_row**, default value ”, comma separated values, range allowed, ex:
   include_row=”1,15-50″
 * Why? I have a huge CSV (about 2000 lines) which is broken up across several different
   pages on my site. Today, I maintain 10 different CSV files — one for each page.
   It would be better to have only one file in my content system which the code
   can call from.
 * Thanks again for making a great plugin.
