# Feature Request – include Post Categories

 * I need to be able to include paid events in with other postings in specific categories
   and am surprised being able to select Post Categories isn’t already included.

   While Post Categories aren’t integrated, we value your suggestion and will consider

 * Thank you for your reply and yes I do see the Event Categories and understand
   how they can be very useful. With other calendar systems I’ve used I’ve been 
   able to integrate our blog posts and events to make a unified and user friendly
   front page. Now, unfortunately I have to have two separate areas for the events
   calendar and for blog posts, which drops ones of them “below the fold” and that
   is the calendar events.
