[feature request] Get widget to show on selected posts only

I wish the sidebar widget work in conjunction with the Panel-Settings Click "Enable TOC" for automatic add table of contents to this post.

Reason: i want the TOC located in the sidebar and not in the content area. It would be great to have this in combination with the possibility to enable it per post (not just globally).
