Feature request: Edit ticket title, disable delete, numbering system, export

    Hello, I bought the pro version of this plugin and I am using it as a service request system. I really like the way it works now, but with a few more features this script could be even more amazing.

    – allow admins and other assigned user roles to edit the title of the work order
    – prevent anyone except for admin from deleting tickets
    – include a numbering system that assigns a ticket number to each ticket
    – allow a way to export all tickets in a spreadsheet or some other means for backup purposes

    The first two seem rather easy, and if they are simple tweaks just let me know how to do them. The last two might be a bit more work, but I think they would greatly improve this plugin.

    This applies to the free version too. This is a feature request, not support. It’s up to the vendor to decide what is a “PRO” feature. Thanks for the cookie cutter response.

    If anyone knows how to add these features manually, please let me know.
