Feature Request: Create Ticket From Backend

    We are using this as a basic bug tracker in addition to allowing our users to submit support tickets, is it currently possible to allow logged in users to submit new tickets from the WordPress backend? If not, could you point me towards where to look to write an addon plugin to create this functionality?

    I have a dedicated WordPress plugin Bug Tracking software almost finished. I think people will appreciate it, and it will be much better suited than this project.

    However, regarding your request to be able to create a support ticket from the admin panel, good news, I’m currently working on that exact feature right now. I had some issues with it, so I commented it out of 4.2.0, but the code is all in there, awaiting me to uncomment and fix it. My guess is that it will be ready by the next release.
