Feature Request: changing default text

    Hi there,

    Great little plugin, works like a charm. One feature request. I would love to be able to change the default layout/text of the collection and download forms. I see two possibilities:

    1. Create some textareas in the backend where users can create there own templates for outputting the forms. Or if that’s too much work,
    2. Just add some apply_filters() around the text areas in the forms. Might look like:
    <h3>apply_filters('ssd-download-text', 'Your download is ready »');</h3>
    That way we could at least hook into the text to modify it.
