Feature Request: Change Subject Line Template

Can there be a feature to have our subject lines be changed for…

– Welcome Email for new user
– Welcome Email Admin Notification
– Password Reminder Service Email
– User Forgot Password Email

Or is there another plugin that can do just that with no conflicts?
