FEATURE REQUEST: Change "Raised By"

    Hey Pradeep,

    It would be awesome if the “Raised By” field could be changed by admin or support supervisor etc. This would allow us to assign tickets which are submitted from forms (such as Contact Form 7 or Fast Secure Contact Form).

    Right now, those tickets just show up as the WordPress default, but if they could be assigned to a user, that would be awesome. This way, we could integrate form requests right into your plugin. 🙂
