Feature request: allow styles outside of /uploads (3 posts)

    I had a need to put my jQUI custom style in /wp-content but not in the /uploads directory. I made small mods to the plugin to do this but it'd be nice if it was a standard option.

    Hi Dave,

    If you send me your mod, or post it on pastebin, I will take a look.

    Hi, David.

    I did not code for the general case since the change was so small. I searched for all calls to wp_upload_dir() and replaced them with my new function named jquiw_get_custom_style_dir(). I put that at the end of jquery-ui-widgets.php:

    function jquiw_get_custom_style_dir() {
        return array(
            "basedir" => WP_CONTENT_DIR . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR . 'dbp-content',
            "baseurl" => WP_CONTENT_URL . '/dbp-content',
