Feature Request: Add option to automatically append unsubscribe link

Hi Support,

May we request in the future version of the plugin, for us to have an option or setting where you can control automatic appending of the Unsubscribe Link to newsletters? Currently, this can only be done using shortcodes.
Having an automatic option would be very useful since in most countries like the US, it is illegal to send out newsletters without the unsubscribe option.
