[feature request] add error logging option

    I’ve been having issues lately with the plugin not sending email. However, this issue was likely due to object caching and not the plugin.

    Could you please add an error logging option to turn on/off within the plugin (standard error_log is fine).

    For now I’ve manually edited the includes/wp-mail.php file to have the error_logging that I need for research/auditing needs.
