Feature request: Ability to add a note

At the moment on the Manage Backup DB page in admin, there is no way to see what the available backups represent. It would be very useful to be able to add a line or two of notes before a backup is taken and that note be shown on the backups listing page.

Also, all the backups show “local.sql” under the “Database File” column. Not sure if this is a bug. I was expecting to see the unique names of the actual generated files like “1494154263_-_local.sql”, “1494296429_-_local.sql” etc.
