Feature request : A Permanent Setting for edcal_default_time

Hello Zack,

I love the Editorial calendar, and one of my most fervent wishes for it is for the edcal_default_time to be a recorded/editable Setting for the plugin.

Because each time we install an update of the plugin, it reverts back to the 10:00 hour :^(.
