Feature request

I’m a happy MB user.

I’m interested in Custom Table addon after I read the following answer in StackOverflow: “There is not a real good reason to have Country->State->City be a hierarchy. A flat table with those 3 columns (and maybe some other stuff) is faster and less clumsy” in the thread: Large number of Custom Taxonomy WordPress freezes database and entire website

It would be great if you could implement a feature to create a hierarchical relationship between selected columns and a compatibility layer for FacetWP Hierarchy

The hierarchical relationship would be in its own table and would be synced on “save_post”.
