 * Please consider adding filters on the front-end notification messages. Specifically:
    - reply_added
    - reply_added_closed
    - reply_added_failed
 * Thanks.

 * Hi:
 * I’ve added this our requests list but it seems to me that the filters in the
   class–email-notifications.php file should be able to handle at least the first
   item on your list. The other two would require entirely new events added but,
   even so, I suspect that you can wrangle the existing filters to detect those
   cases.
 * Thanks.

 * I want to change the **front-end** message ‘Your reply has been submitted. Your
   agent will reply ASAP.’ not an email message.

 * Hi:
 * The fastest way to handle this is to use WordPress traslations. You’ll find the
   translation files in the languages folder. We do not ship a separate file for
   US ENGLISH though (since that is the language used for the default strings) so
   if that’s the language you’re using you’ll need to create a file for it. That
   would only need to contain the one string you want to ‘translate’ though.
 * Thanks.

 * Thanks for the suggestion. I will start using that method to customize those
   messages. The filters aren’t necessary then.
 * It’s a great plugin and I’m grateful for the feature-rich free version and the
   prompt support.
