Feature request

Hello,

I am interested in knowing if it’s possible to add the ability to calculate the mortgage based on the monthly payments a user can make and the loan term.

eg. if the user is only able to pay $500 a month and they know the interest rate will be 4.5% with a $10,000 down payment. The calculator should give the total mortgage amount they can pay off over the years (in this case approximately $109,000 in 30 years)

The same chart is displayed that the end, but the monthly payments are known, and the total mortgage value is what is calculated.

The idea is to help users know what they can afford before they find a house.
