 * I’m trying to figure out if the Subscriber auctions in the pro version have an
   option to charge the subscribers fees for their listings. And if subscribers 
   can be charged what marketing options do we have? For example can we give a month
   of free listings, a coupon code to get discounted a listing, or a tell a friend
   option to get free/discounted listings?

 * Sorry for the late reply. The pro version does not have the inherent ability 
   to charge a listing fee.
 * You can however use a membership plugin to allow users to register on your site
   for a monthly fee. This would not limit how many auctions they can make however.
