Support » Plugin: WP LocalScroll » Feature not supported in Firefox

  • This plugin works perfectly within the same page both in IE and Firefox (I haven’t tried other browsers yet). However, if I link to an anchor on a different page, the scroll works in IE but not in Firefox.

For example, see my page at http://realramble.com/tips-for-home-buyers. All those links on the left side scroll downward perfectly in both IE and Firefox.

But follow the link in the box on the right–“Need information, advice or help?”–that takes you to another page. In IE, it scrolls down the new page smoothly to the anchor point. In Firefox it jumps right to that point without scrolling.

Can you change the code to accommodate Firefox and all other browsers? Or better yet, allow the user to choose whether or not to scroll to an anchor on a new page.

    Thanks, love the plugin!
