Hi there,
In the dashboard where there was a drop down whereas you select you featured image size this is not longer an option (…)
What exactly do you mean with this? Screenshots can help.
Also:
– WordPress version of both sites?
– Plugin version on both sites?

WORDPRESS ver: WordPress 5.0.3
Plugin ver: Version 4.2.2
It stoped working when I installed the new version of WordPress, the older version was 4.9 and the same version of the plugin as above
Ah, you mean that after ticking the Display post thumbnail checkbox there are no options available? Out of curiosity, did you click on the Save button after ticking the checkbox?
nope the box doesn’t appear and images were gone we never changed any setting, went to go prblem solve and that box just doesn’t appear, not inserted featured images anymore
You didn’t answer the second question, though.
Out of curiosity, did you click on the Save button after ticking the checkbox?
yes, I did but the box is still not there
When I save the option for the featured image resets to unclicked
I have already been through this support page and applied all, I am using featured image
this problem came when I upgraded WordPress, nothing changed just feature images vanished, I have gone through the setting three times before I contacted you for support
When the “Display post thumbnail” can’t be checked -as stated in the FAQ I shared earlier- it’s because WPP can’t find the required modules it needs to create thumbnails (see here for details).
You’ll need to check with your hosting provider that at least one of the required PHP modules is enabled and correctly configured so WPP can display thumbnails. This has nothing to do with the WordPress version you’re using:
