Feature Image duplicated in post

I’ve imported 700 posts from an old Woo site to a new X-them PRO site and the old posts now show the same image twice – the featured image at the top and the same image in the post. Is there a quick way to remove all the duplicate images in the posts and leave the featured images?

This is an old post imported from the original site. The editors used to insert the featured image directly into the content and as a featured image and there would be no duplication. On the new site, you only need to insert it as a featured image and it appears at the top of the post..

So which one you want to get rid of? The one that appears on the top (above title) or the one that appears below title?

Thanks. I know why it is happening. My problem is that i have imported 700 posts that already have the image inserted in the content as well as set as the featured image. I’m looking for a quick way to fix them without having to go back and edit each post.

If that’s the case then try to add the following CSS code and let us know how it goes:
```
.aligncenter {
    display: none !important;
}
```

Thanks! That has removed the images in the imported posts, but unfortunately it looks like I’ve lost the featured images as well.
