 * Is it possible to get the featured image to show on my feed page which is here:

 * I have it selected and chosen but no image shows on the page.

 * Actually I guess I just need the images to show in general on this page. Its 
   only showing text.

 * This is possible indeed, but you need to edit your template files to show the
   featured post image on your website.
    As it depends in the theme you are using
   I cannot tell you which file to edit.
