# Feature Image

 * I am using WordPress 4.3.1 running MH Magazine lite theme. When I use the feature
   image it shows up at the top of each post when you pull up any single post before
   the post begin. I don’t want it there. If I remove the feature image then no 
   photo shows up where my recent post are listed on homepage. How do i get feature
   image to still show on homepage but not in every post? also I am new to WP and
   don’t’ understand all the coding so please make it as simple as possible to solve.

 * thanks for using MH Magazine _lite_.
 * If you don’t want to have a featured image on posts, you could create a [custom child theme](http://www.mhthemes.com/support/creating-and-using-child-themes-wordpress/),
   copy the file _content.php_ to your child theme and then remove this line of 
   code:
 * `<?php mh_featured_image(); ?>`
 * As an alternative to achieve this without coding, the [premium version of MH Magazine](http://www.mhthemes.com/themes/mh/magazine/)
   includes an option to disable the featured image on single posts, while keeping
   the featured image in widgets and on archives.
