    Hi,

    Have been using Wordfence for several weeks now as I have been fighting off attacks and hacking on about a dozen websites I manage and the shared web server. At this point have used the free version though I do think I’ll be hitting up my clients for a donation at least (I don’t see them wanting to purchase the premium long term) I also use OSSEC and Darkstat along with a number of command line tools on the server level. Anyway here are some thoughts in all of my use of your tool in this mix that would be really useful.

    1) Wordfence does not seem to see “added” files very well. I have repeatedly seen it miss added files in the /includes file structure in particular, that OSSEC sees.

    2) It would be great to be able to clear or flag the “Top 5 IPs Blocked” list. I have used this to move those IPs to the firewall and it would be great to flag or remove those that I have moved to the firewall. Thereby creating a fresh list.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for the suggestions. We do have an open feature request for something like the first feature, and our dev team is working on it. For the second feature, I have added a new request (reference number FB1253).

    I can’t promise that every suggestion we get will make it into a release, or when that might be, but every suggestion we get is evaluated carefully and considered seriously. Thank you for helping to make Wordfence great!
