Feature change

I see this has been discussed previously about having some text that says “Correct” or “incorrect”. I have had a couple of people who are red/green colour blind that cant tell if the question was right or wrong. Even if there was the option for a “correct ” text box as well as an incorrect one, i could manually put it in.
