FB will not pull my images from my blog posts

I am new to all of this and I am trying to understand what to do. I’ve tried following your instructions but I am still apparently not getting the Facebook user account ID. I did figure out how to use a debugger and here it what it told me:
Warnings That Should Be Fixed
Inferred Property The ‘og:url’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Inferred Property The ‘og:title’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.

I do not understand what any of this means. I do not know the first thing about code. I do use word press. I have installed your plug-in and also the Facebook one I think you suggested in the slide show. This is driving me nuts. Can you please help me? I put multiple images in my reviews so there should be one to pull from. Is it appropriate to begin another topic when one is showing resolved but doesn’t seem to apply to my issue?

FB has changed things since I last wrote that helper but here:
– go here https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/
– click get token, then the blue submit button in the modal window
– then click on the submit button on the right and in the window your ID (the number) will show up.

You shouldn’t need the old Facebook plugin – they don’t even maintain it anymore anyways.
This topic was fine to create a new thing.
If you need further help you’ll have to provide your URL and what pages you’re testing on it so I can try and help

GAAHHHH….I’m sorry, it’s me again. Here are the two things I am trying to get to work together

1. mjsoddballblog.com as you will see there is a picture in every post I make

2. My facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/mjsoddballblog I did the new thing you told me to do. I did a get page token and hit submit and got this number 160807580920627 and I input it by copy and paste with no quotes, just the number.
Then I go look at my FB page and still no image. What as I missing or doing wrong?

Well that ID number needs to be your personal userID on facebook not your page’s. That process i gave you should allow you to get YOUR ID not the page. That’s the error FB is giving right now.

Also the image it DOES try to use isn’t loading and/or blocked from your host. This one.

So you have a couple of issues to resolve; but the plugin is doing everything correctly – you just need to give it the right data and fix hosting issues and you’ll be all good.
