Hi there,
Can you confirm tax is set up as below:
* Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax
* Calculate tax based on: Shop base location
* Display prices in the shop/cart/checkout: Including Tax
If settings are correct, we’d like to take a look at your logs. Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please enable debug log under Marketing > Facebook, do a product sync and send us the generated log in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

Hi,
we actually have one of the settings different (I copied it below):
* Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax
It is because of our bookkeeping system and billing.
Could this be the reason of this problem?
