It’s about sharing along with the post, in my case along with the product (effect broadly)
Sharing a product is ok (there is a height effect)
@dkpandroid
At present, we’re not seeing the Jetpack Share Buttons active on newyorklook.pl.
To confirm, you want the share to look like the share here, correct?
If so, you should be able to select the image you’d like to show using the arrows in the Facebook share box before you finish posting it to Facebook.
We were able to get the image from your first product to look like the image in your second product when doing a manual share to Facebook.
We hope that helps, but let us know if you have any more questions!
Check post (wide – no good) (share new post)

Did you try changing the image before finalizing the post, like we previously mentioned?
We were able to do so for your previous example, and this is what we saw.
It is not possible to choose a photo while adding a new post.
Look:
1. Its no good, new post add

Hi there,
Just to make sure. The zoomed-in image issue occurs when you use Jetpack’s Publicize, while the normal picture appears when you manually share the link, right?
Yes.
Check the photo (links). When it’s appears and when it’s normal.
@dkpandroid
Since your product images are large, Facebook displays them following the format here:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/best-practices#images
When you manually share a product, you have the option to select a different image format for the post, as we’ve shown, but that option is not available when Publicizing.
Ultimately, Facebook has control over how the image in the post format is displayed, as described in the page linked to above.
We hope that clarifies things for you, and thank you for your patience.
It’s not true.
I changed the picture to 400x300px but the published photo came out the same wide. Is this a question of the script when publishing a post (jetpack) and separate for sharing manually?
@dkpandroid
Have you been able to achieve a desirable result with any other non-Jetpack auto-publish to Facebook solution?
As far as we understand, this is something that Facebook is ultimately in control of. If you’re not able to achieve the result you’re looking for with Jetpack or a comparable Publicize solution, you may want to try contacting Facebook for feedback on this.
