Hi, I want to present an issue that I have, and I can see that others mentioned it here on the forums and did not manage to solve it. Instead, they chose to switch to a different plugin.

    The issue
After mapping FB Product Sets to Woocommerce categories, only 1 product from each category shows in each product set in FB catalog:

    https://ibb.co/SXpnPrP

As you can see in the above picture, there is only 1 product in each product set even though I have 5-6 products in each Woocommerce category. The one product that shows there is a product from the correct category, so I can say that the mapping is correctly done.

    Observations

    1. Facebook product IDs are composed of Woocomerce product SKU + Woocommerce product ID:

Is it possible to change this behavior and make Facebook use only the product SKU? I have a feeling that it might get confused and can’t identify the right products to place I in the set.

    2. https://ibb.co/ngtcBHC
    A. As shown in the above picture, FB actually corectly identifies all the product
IDs that belong to this set. There are 6 products IDs there just like there are
6 products in this category on my Woocommerce website.

    B. As shown in the same picture, I started typing the name of a product that should
be in that set. As you can see, immediately Facebook found the product, but
guess what: the Facebook product ID ( Woo SKU + Woo ID) seems to be incorrect.
Why? Well, the SKU is actually correct, but the ID is different than the one
automatically added by Facebook (first ID from the second row, in my picture).

Just to sum up what I said at point B: When Facebook created the set, it added the correct IDs (products) in the filter, but when I am searching for one of those products, it actually has a different ID because the second part is different (the part that represents the Woo product ID).

So, because of the reasons I described above, I think Facebook is not able to find the products that need to be added to the set. It actually identifies the correct SKU, but not the correct ID. That is why I was asking if it is possible to make the Facebook ID the same as Woo SKU and not Woo SKU + Woo ID.

    What I tried so far
    1. I completely removed the connection between Woo and Facebook and deleted the plugin. Then, I started all over again multiple times.
    2. I deleted Woo transient data and synced manually a couple of times.
    3. I deleted and re-created the mappings between my Woo Categories and FB sets.

Nothing helped. Do you know what else I could try or what I should do in order to solve this annoying issue?

*Note: Of course, I could manually add each product to the correct category on Facebook, but then what happens when I add new products to my Woo store? I’d have to go to Facebook and again add each new product to the correct category. This is very time-consuming and not a viable solution, in my opinion.
