Is it possible to permanently hide popup when someone liked my Facebook page? It’s annoying for users to show popup even when they already liked the page. Thanks.

    Hello @seyntjim:

As I read your post, the first thought that comes to my mind is that a visitor is viewing your actual FaceBook page (on the FB domain), clicks a ‘Like’ button, and then off they go. Well, our plugin wouldn’t work on FB. It only works on site’s built with WordPress. [You’re probably shaking your head at this point and thinking I’m crazy and stupid. Just wait……]

Then I thought, maybe the visitor is on a WordPress site and there’s a ‘Like’ icon linked to the site owner’s FB account page. That icon could be passed in any number of ways (plugin, theme, or link). Unless you’ve set a Click Open trigger with our plugin directly on the FB link, there’s no connection between a visitor selecting your FB ‘Like’ button and our plugin.

I would have to inspect the site url of your site to see how you’ve set up the Popup Maker plugin. As it stands now, I know nothing about the Conditions, trigger, and cookie settings that you’re set (or not set) in your Popup Maker plugin. More specific information is necessary before I can assist you further.
