So why is this bad? Because we (end users) don’t care about actual Likes and actual Shares we only care about a striking number to indicate page popularity and trustworthy. * **You can switch to FB Likes counter** they say. Nope, that one is horrible from both UX (for it shows a modal with actual FB like button) and marketing standpoint. * Whoever made that decision in SumoMe to follow FB separate Share and Like counters logics clearly didn’t think about why people want their plugin in the first place.
