    Hi dear user.

    Unfortunately, it is a Facebook-side issue, so we can’t help in this case. It seems they made some changes in their API and it cause some problems.

    I just tested another plugin and it works. So, it is a problem with your plugin not facebook.

    Sorry for so late response.

    Do you have a test website? Can you test our plugin on your test website?

    From our side, everything works fine, so maybe the issue comes from your WordPress theme or website.
