Fax for pickup

    Does Mobi2Go support sending orders by fax to the restaurant for pickup? The client doesn’t want only payment, only order placement and faxing the order to his venue.

    Hi Hank

    This is not a feature we currently provide. An easy workaround is to have order confirmation emails sent to a third party email-to-fax provider which will then forward the email to a supplier fax number.

    Another solution is to have a Mobi2Go Printer printing order details in the kitchen.

    Is that a specific printer, or any printer with Mobi2Go drivers?

    It is a specific printer, but if you want to use your own printer, you might be interested in Orders for Windows – Software we provide which will print orders from a Windows computer in the same way the Mobi2Go printer would.
