Favicon won’t work?

I’ve got this code in my header.php file:

<LINK REL=”SHORTCUT ICON” HREF=”http://paul.buildtolearn.net/wp/favicon.ico”&gt;

And if you go there, you’ll see that it points to a small image of the Firefox symbol. But when you go to my site: http://www.paul.buildtolearn.net/wp, you’ll see that it still uses my old favicon, the Flash 8 symbol. How can I change it?
