  • I have one simple change in lib/core.php – line 436:
    $leagues = $wpdb->get_results( "SELECTtitle,id,settings,seasonsFROM {$wpdb->leaguemanager} ORDER BY title ASC" );

I only change the league order by id of the league for order by title. My team think that this is better :).

That’s the great thing about open source and a some basic php knowledge, make things look as you wish…

    Hi LaMonte,

I just updated the league manager plugin and the logos and writing on my front page seemed to be working again although I can’t scroll forward to the next game. I also still have nowhere on my dashboard to alter leagues or settings?

Have you tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin? That seems to have helped others.

I can now see the league manager on the dashboard and everything else is now working but i still can not go to the next game on the website.

I got this when I try to go to the next game

    http://www.thirroulbutchers.com/#null

Does anyone know what the #null means in the web address?

That ‘click to go forward’ button on my site has never worked and has always gone to null, I don’t know if I have done something wrong with the setup, but this update didn’t break that for me, it has been like it since day one for me.

Just wanted to thank LaMonte as the most recent update sorted out my issue with the teams/logos showing up.

LaMonte, did you also take over development of the project manager plugin too? as they are both related if I am not mistaken?

    Thanks

Honestly, I’ve never seen the widget work either, but in what I used the plug in for, I never needed it. I am trying to find out what might have changed to break it because I have seen it work and it works well. More digging involved…

Charles, I haven’t really touched ProjectManager yet, but I did get put on the developers list for it, so I would like to get in there to see if I can bring it up-to-date. Seems to me it’s last update was a couple of years ago.

The next game feature has worked for me using the plugin.

I’ve had to re enter all the games though. Had to set up a category first eg 2014
Once I had done that I just entered all the games or data need for the season and it worked find. Haven’t not done that again as yet since the new update though.

LaMonte, do you think it would be possible to have a feature where you can enter the date of the game next to the game rather then the blanket date that covers all games your trying to enter at one time. Would make entering the data a whole lot quicker.

I’ve added a datepicker to the match add section for that reason, it’s part of some code that I was trying to release slowly, but some of it had to get put out in these releases because it’s connected in one way or another. I thought it was added in a recent release though… I’ll check and if not I’ll get it in there for you.

    Hi LaMonte,

Just had a look and it sure is there. Excellent addition to the plugin.

    Keep up the good work

Thanks, that’s one feature that I had to have with the basketball site I was working on. Certainly made it easier to get through a number of games at a time…

I just did our years draw and that new feature was sensation.

I know some else has already asked you this. The next game feature doesn’t work anymore, is there any fix for that as yet?

Its works on another site I am using the plugin on http://www.butchersoldboys.com. This site i haven’t updated the plugin on as yet and the next match works
