 * I get this error randomly at least a half dozen times a day: Warning: main(../
   wp-config.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in /home/iyf500/public_html/wp-admin/update-links.php on line 2
 * Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘../wp-config.
   php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/iyf500/public_html/
   wp-admin/update-links.php on line 2
 * It has occured when I have tried to submit comments, refresh the page, on login,
   when logging out, while in the administration panel, etc.
 * The problem began when I upgraded from 2.2.3 to 2.3, until then it had never 
   occured, and has carried over to 2.3.1. I’ve tried reinstalling files several
   times and even did a complete reinstall of WordPress twice and I’m still getting
   the error messages.
