So far, I am less than impressed. I accessed the Web FTP. It wouldn’t access it before because it didn’t have the www. in the URL. Once the www. was in, I was able to successfully login and, magically, these buttons appeared to edit the FTP. I took your suggestions to change the name of the file. Once I did this, it completely fixed it! Thank you so much, and sorry to be a bugger. I really appreciate the help–and the quick answers. Have a great day, everyone!
