 * Hey there,
 * Thanks for getting in touch.
 * So the specific issue here is “Maximum cpu execution time of 10 seconds exceeded”.

   This is a restriction that’s been imposed by your hosting provider. This is extremely
   low and I recommend you contact your host and ask them to increase the limit.
 * If they are unable to increase the CPU execution time I might be worth upgrading
   hosts.
 * Cheers!

 * Hey Owain,
    I have contacted Transip (my host). They told me that it isn’t possible
   to increase the limit because it is a shared webhosting environment. They suggested
   to ask the developer of the plugin if it’s possible to spread the script over
   several, less time consuming, scripts. Is that a possibility?
 * Regards
    Rule

 * Hi Rule,
 * Not really possible I’m afraid.
 * What you maybe able to do however is split your backup into several schedules.
   In this case you would have 2 or 3 “complete” backup schedules each of which
   only backup a portion of your uploads folder. This will reduce the time each
   schedule takes to backup.
 * Though this isn’t an ideal solution, I would recommend finding a better host.
 * Cheers,
    Owain
