# Fatal Error -wp-admin/includes/file.php

 * I have done everything I am suposed to in order to make wordpress work on my 
   domain however when I go to
 * /wp-admin/install.php
 * I get this fatal error
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: __() in /homepages/3/d221673435/htdocs/
   animatio.us/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 3
 * Can anyone tell me wha the problem is and how to fix it?

 * I would delete the wordpress files, and using FileZilla, reupload the files.
