Fatal Error with the Upgrade.php file

    Help! I have already installed the new WordPress files to my site but when I try to upgrade it, this would show:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _http_build_query() in /home/crazyank/public_html/journal/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 628

    Help, please? 🙁
