Commented out line 23 in the offending file and all else works as expected. Tested our main processes both admin and front-end and all seems to be working fine.

- Downgrading to version 8.4.0.
- Executing this WP-CLI command.

Thank you. I can confirm this issue is resolved with the solution outlined above. Considering this was a critical issue for us and WP CLI is not used, setting option ‘woocommerce_feature_marketplace_enabled’ to ‘yes via the DBs options table also resolves it.
