    Hi @zheive and @bluesquares,

    we are sorry to hear you’re having problems with Yoast SEO.

    1. Can you please try re-installing the plugin manually via FTP and let us know if the problem resolves?
    2. If it persists, can you please check whether the problem is the same when all non-Yoast plugins are deactivated and your theme is on Twenty Nineteen? Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check without affecting normal visitors to your site.
      As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.

    Thanks!

    I am getting the same error with WPSEO_Schema_Person. It looks like something has changed with how yoast exposes its api classes.
    I’m away at the moment (so can’t run your tests) but adding require_once for the relevant files works as a temporary (non portable) fix.

    Hi @zheive and @bluesquares,

    We have closed this topic due to inactivity and to keep the overview. If you are still experiencing issues we ask that you please verify you have reinstalled the plugin in the previous reply and then make a new topic.

    @hjed,

    This appears to be a different issue as it has a different error. If you are still experiencing issues with it, we ask that you please make a new topic. That way we can specifically focus on the issue you are having as you will get replies from us each time we respond.
