Fatal Error while activating plugin

Hi,

I tried to install “Reaction Buttons” on my machine and I am getting error as below

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

My machine configuration are as below:

Wordpress version: 4.8 with Twenty Seventeen theme. Same issue with WordPress version 4.7.5
PHP version: 7.1.1
mysqli: mysqlnd 5.0.12-dev – 2015040

Please let me know if you need more details?
